Oh I know. It looks a little weird at first, doesn't it? But do try it out; I'm sure you'll be as impressed as I am.
Flora Cuisine is especially made for cooking. It's a healthy blend of sunflower, linseed and rapeseed oils with a deliciously mild taste – great for bringing out the natural flavours in your cooking my love! Plus it cooks brilliantly, none of that spitting or burning. What a pleasure.
And as you may know by now, it's got 45% less saturated fat than olive oil, so it's a healthier choice. Even my Vernon's a convert …and that's saying something!

My family's been using Flora for years. And just like the spreads, Flora Cuisine is great. You may have heard me say it before, but it's got 45% less saturated fat than olive oil!
It's made especially for cooking from a blend of nutritious seed oils: sunflower, linseed and rapeseed, which naturally contain essential fats, Omegas 3 and 6. So they're good for your heart too. Flora Cuisine is no problem for vegetarians or vegans either. As you can see, it's great for healthier cooking.

A little goes a long way, so heat that pan nice and hot, adding about 15ml (one tablespoon) for frying. You can always add a bit more in as you need.
When it melts from creamy to clear and the bubbling dies down, you're ready to add your food.
Remember love, if you're baking then 15ml of Flora Cuisine is the same as 15g of butter, and for roasting just baste your food as you would with oil. It's easy as pie, but better for you!

You can use Flora Cuisine for everything from frying, roasting and baking, to sauces, basting meat and even greasing tins. Handy, isn't it? It's a real joy to cook with and you can look forward to no more spitting or burning.
There are a few things you don't want to use Flora Cuisine for: deep frying, cooking that uses hard fats like puff or shortcrust pastries, or baking that needs 'creaming'.
Do give the recipes on here a go, love; even my Vernon thinks they're easy and delicious. I know, I know, he's a grown man with a family of his own, but he's still my baby!

You'll have no problem getting your Flora Cuisine - it's in all the main supermarkets.
Remember though love, it's not where you'd normally look for cooking oils. You'll find Flora Cuisine in the chiller aisle. That's because you've got to keep it in the fridge. So you could say it's like the rest of the Flora range in more ways than one – it's not just good for your ticker, it also loves being cool…just like my Vernon tries to be!
